Position Overview:

The Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) is motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and high-performance environment. The PTA will support our licensed Physical Therapists in delivering world-class care across a range of patient populations, from post-surgical recovery to elite athletic performance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans

· Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional rehab

· Perform therapeutic modalities

· Document progress and maintain accurate records in our EHR system

· Provide patient education to reinforce best practices and recovery strategies

· Communicate closely with the care team to ensure consistency and excellence

Qualifications:

· Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Florida

· 1+ year's experience in orthopedic or sports rehab preferred

· Clear communication skills and professionalism

· Eagerness to grow and contribute to a high-functioning care team

· Interest in integrative and performance-based rehab models

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour
