NCSRA Medical Corporation is hiring a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our established, multidisciplinary spine care practice in the Greater Sacramento region.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated provider who wants to develop expertise in spine care within a predictable, evidence-based, and team-oriented setting.

What You’ll Do

• See 17–21 patients per day in an outpatient setting
• Perform evaluations and develop differential diagnoses
• Follow structured, evidence-based treatment protocols
• Manage care plans including:
• Interventional spine treatments
• Physical therapy
• Behavioral health support
• Medication management
• Track patient outcomes (pain, function, quality of life)
• Collaborate closely with supervising physicians
• Document efficiently in EMR

Qualifications

• Active California PA or NP license
• National certification required
• Current DEA license
• EMR experience preferred
• Strong organizational and clinical skills

Pay: $130,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
