Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Licensed Plumber to join our dynamic construction team. Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment across commercial and residential construction sites
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts
• Perform pipe threading, fitting, and assembly tasks with precision to ensure leak-free connections
• Conduct remodeling projects by replacing or upgrading existing plumbing fixtures and systems
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues related to HVAC systems and other mechanical components connected to plumbing infrastructure
• Operate heavy lifting equipment safely for transporting pipes and materials around construction sites
• Follow safety protocols diligently while working with construction plumbing systems on active sites

Skills

• Proven experience in construction plumbing with a solid understanding of building codes and safety standards
• Skilled in welding, pipe threading, and the use of hand tools and power tools for plumbing tasks
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems and general construction site operations
• Capable of performing heavy lifting safely during installation or repair tasks
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout planning
• Experience with carpentry or handyman work is a plus for integrated project support
• Knowledge of remodeling techniques and assembly processes within the construction environment
• Valid license as a plumber in accordance with state or local regulations

Pay: $24.00 - $38.00 per hour
