We are seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Plumber to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately install plumbing systems in accordance with project specifications.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, pipes, and related equipment using hand tools, power tools, and welding techniques.
• Perform pipe threading, cutting, fitting, and assembly while adhering to safety standards and building codes.
• Conduct inspections of plumbing systems on construction sites to identify issues and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with construction teams including carpenters and HVAC specialists to coordinate work seamlessly on-site.
• Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot plumbing problems quickly and effectively during installation or repair phases.
• Lift heavy materials safely while following proper ergonomic practices; assist with remodeling and handyman tasks as needed.

Experience

• Proven experience working on construction sites with a solid understanding of construction plumbing practices.
• Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams related to plumbing systems.
• Hands-on experience with pipe threading, welding, installation of fixtures, and use of various hand tools and power tools.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and their integration with plumbing is a plus.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in demanding environments.
• Familiarity with construction site safety protocols, schematics interpretation, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Previous experience in remodeling projects or handyman roles enhances your versatility as a licensed plumber.
