Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Plumber to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various construction sites. Your expertise will ensure that all plumbing work adheres to safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial remodels to new construction, utilizing your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills to deliver top-quality results.

Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise plumbing layouts.
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to assemble plumbing components efficiently.
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to site safety protocols.
• Collaborate with construction teams, carpenters, HVAC specialists, and other trades to coordinate project tasks seamlessly.
• Conduct inspections of plumbing systems during various phases of construction to ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to plumbing and HVAC systems using mechanical knowledge and schematics.

Qualifications

• Valid license as a professional plumber with relevant state or local certification.
• Proven experience in construction plumbing, site work, or remodeling projects.
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical diagrams.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and general mechanical principles is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and accurately read basic math for measurements and calculations.
• Prior experience working on construction sites with familiarity in carpentry, assembly, and handyman tasks is a plus. Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
