Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Tradesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of construction skills and experience, enabling them to tackle various tasks across multiple trades. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently as well as collaboratively with other team members to ensure high-quality workmanship and timely project completion. Handymen/women encouraged to apply!

*We are also open to entry level tradespeople that are looking to learn.

Duties could include

• Execute remodeling tasks, including kitchen and bathroom renovations.
• General handyman tasks.
• Carry out construction painting, ensuring surfaces are properly prepared and finished.
• Complete trim carpentry work, including installation of moldings and baseboards.
• Utilize welding techniques for metal fabrication and repairs as needed.
• Conduct electrical installations and repairs, adhering to safety standards.
• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on job sites.
• Assist with roofing projects, including installation and repairs.
• Apply caulking for weatherproofing and sealing purposes.
• Lay tiles for flooring or wall applications, ensuring precision and quality.

Experience
Candidates should have prior experience in the construction or handyman industry. Familiarity with the following skills is preferred:

• Concrete
• Remodeling
• Interior/Exterior Painting
• Rough/Finish Carpentry
• Welding
• Electrical
• Roofing
• Tile Setting
• Flooring
• Siding
• Windows
