Licensed Practical Nurse

Your Role in Our Mission

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on the team, you will deliver essential medical care and medication management for mental health and substance abuse clients in our short-term crisis/detox center. Core duties include patient screening, prescription management, and coordinating after-care and referral services. You will collaborate with the multidisciplinary clinical team, provide guidance to Medical Assistants, and ensure meticulous medical documentation is maintained for a safe and therapeutic environment.

We are currently hiring for two schedules:

Night Shift: 7pm - 7am (Week 1: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday; Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) alternating between 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next, with rotating weekends.

Day shift : 7am - 7pm (Week 1: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday; Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) alternating between 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next, with rotating weekends.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $27-$30/hr. for this full-time position

What We’re Looking For

• An active, unrestricted Nursing License to practice in North Carolina (LPN)
• Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation for work-related travel
• Prior mental health experience preferred but not required
