Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full-Time Contract Assignment

Location: Penn Yan, New York
Contract Length: 13 Weeks (Extension Potential)
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week

Mandatory Qualifications Required to Apply

• Active New York (NY) LPN license required
• Current BLS certification through AHA or RQI required
• Minimum 1 year of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience required
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians
• Monitor and document patient conditions accurately
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with facility policies
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Maintain patient safety and deliver compassionate care
