Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Hazlet, NJ
Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Salary: Up to $40 per hour (Sign on Bonus $2,500)

Responsibilities:

• Order prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment as needed

• Follow designated care plans to ensure quality patient care

• Perform wound care, treatments, and clinical procedures accurately

• Document patient observations and interventions thoroughly

• Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA policies

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in the State of New Jersey

• Experience in skilled nursing preferred
