Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Birmingham, AL

Salary: $25 - $30 Hourly

Job Summary:
Seeking an LPN to serve as an Office Coordinator supporting daily operations at a mental health treatment center offering IOP and PHP services. This role combines administrative and clinical responsibilities to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality client care.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily office and clinical operations.
• Manage client admissions, transfers, discharges, and documentation.
• Oversee check-ins, intake paperwork, and medical record preparation.
• Assist with client relations, payment collection, and reporting.
• Track safety inspections and compliance tasks.
• Provide administrative backup and assist with special projects.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Active Alabama LPN license (required).
• 2+ years administrative experience in healthcare or behavioral health preferred.
• Experience working with physicians, therapists, and clinical teams strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other EHR/CRM systems a plus.
