LPN Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

• Monitor resident health and report changes to the care team

• Accurately document care and communicate effectively

• Collaborate with other nurses, aides, and providers to ensure optimal care

Qualifications:

• Current LPN license in the state of Ohio

• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
