Position Overview:

Cedar Ridge Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join their team on a part-time contract basis. This role is ideal for an LPN who is passionate about resident care and can work independently in a long-term care or rehabilitation environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with the facility’s standards and state regulations.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes to the RN or provider as needed.

• Support daily patient activities and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and adhere to all facility protocols.

Requirements:

• Active LPN license in the state of Maine.

• State or federal-issued identification must be presented upon arrival.

• Must wear a photo badge at all times while on assignment.

• Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or provide documented medical or religious exemption from employer (additional doses required where applicable).

• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
