Kenyon College is conducting a search for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). This is a part-time, with benefits position, working approximately 35 hours per week August - May (approximately 1365 annual hours). The hourly rate of pay for this non-exempt position is $25. The start date for this position will be August 3, 2026.
Position Description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) supports Kenyon College students by providing high-quality, student-centered nursing care within the Cox Health and Counseling Center. This role contributes to the Center’s mission to provide services that promote wellness and empower students by supporting clinical care, health promotion, and efficient clinic operations.
Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician, the LPN provides care within the scope of practical nursing as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing and consistent with American College Health Association (ACHA) guidelines. The LPN performs focused nursing assessments, implements care as directed, and assists in promoting student well-being in a collaborative, inclusive campus environment.
