Job Overview

Coastal Glo Salon & Spa is a luxury, feminine coastal-inspired salon located in the residential area of Hilton Head Island, offering high end hair, skin, and wellness services in a professional, team driven environment.

We are currently seeking Licensed Cosmetologists, Licensed Estheticians, or Licensed massage therapists with experience and some clientele, who are passionate about their craft, committed to delivering an elevated client experience, and looking to grow in a structured and supportive salon environment.

This is a commission-based position with strong income potential, ongoing marketing support, and opportunities for long term career growth.

Responsibilities

*Provide high quality services based on your license

*Deliver exceptional client experiences through thorough consultations and personalized service.

*Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation and shared spaces.

*Build and retain loyal clientele through consistency and relationship-building.

*Stay up to date on current trends, techniques, and product knowledge.

*Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.

*Uphold salon standards, policies, and service protocols.

Requirements

*Active South Carolina professional license for area of expertise.

*Strong work ethic and professional attitude.

*Experience and some clientele in area of expertise.

*Passion for the beauty and wellness industry.

*Ability to work in a team oriented environment.
