Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

At GR&E Mind Evolution All Purpose Center we strive to help individuals, families, and communities with their behavioral health needs. GR&E Mind Evolution All Purpose Center is looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinicial Social Worker (LCSW) to work in a private practice setting. Looking to hire an LPC who is passionate about patient care, and committed to clinical excellence.

This is a contract role for a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) at GR&E Mind Evolution All Purpose Center. This hybrid role is located in Mission, TX, but some work from home is acceptable. The LPC will be responsible for providing therapeutic services to clients, developing treatment plans, maintaining client records, and offering crisis intervention when necessary. The LPC will work closely with clients to address mental health issues, provide counseling in both individual and group settings, and ensure adherence to ethical and legal frameworks in all practices.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification
• Licensed Clinicial Social Worker License (LCSW)
• Strong counseling, therapeutic and interpersonal skills
• Experience in developing and implementing treatment plans
• Proficient in maintaining client records and documentation
• Capability in offering crisis intervention services
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in mental health services or a related field is highly desirable
• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Must be fully Licensed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $46.00 - $68.00 per hour
