Compensation: $85,000 – $110,000 per year + End-of-Year Performance Bonus

Saladino Design Studios is a Forbes 2026 Top-Listed Hospitality Architect and Interior Design firm. We are looking for a highly creative licensed architect to join our growing team and manage projects that shape the future of luxury hospitality.

The Role

At Saladino Design Studio we pride our talent on leadership and innovation in each project. We are seeking a draftsman/licensed architect with a strong background in hospitality architecture to contribute from development to execution. The ideal candidate is passionate about their craft, strong in teamwork, entrepreneurial in spirit, and driven by curiosity and thinking outside the box.

Key Responsibilities

Overview of Requirements and Responsibilities:· Experience in all project phases from concept to construction

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, working with staff and clients
• 8+ years of experience in interior architecture. Cultural, hospitality project experience a plus.
• Demonstrates a strong balance of technical expertise and conceptual design skills
• Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch-up, Adobe Suite
• Familiar with Florida Building codes
• Commercial Construction Administration Experience
• Ability to review shop drawings and Product submittals
• Familiar with Design Detailing and construction procedures
• Restaurant Interior Design Experience is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with designers and collaborate with senior designers
• Works well in a fast-paced environment and can meet deadlines

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years of dedicated experience in the Hospitality design field (Required).
• Education: Accredited professional degree and Florida License of Architecture
• Software Mastery: Complete proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, InDesign, and 3D modeling software.
• Location: 100% In-Office (Miami, FL 33142). We believe the best design happens in a collaborative, hands-on studio environment.
