Customer Service Agent – Insurance Support | Orlando, FL

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound service requests for home and auto insurance policies.
• Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, endorsements, and document requests.
• Support the sales and underwriting teams by gathering required information and ensuring policies are processed accurately.
• Provide clear, professional communication that delivers a 5-star customer experience.
• Use our CRM and VOIP systems to document client interactions thoroughly and accurately.
• Help retain business by resolving concerns efficiently and proactively.

What You’ll Need

• Active 4-40 (Customer Representative), 20-44 (Personal Lines), or 2-20 (General Lines) license preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in an insurance agency or carrier environment.
• Strong understanding of home and auto coverages and basic underwriting guidelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
• Ability to commute to our Orlando office.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
