Nest Managers is looking for a licensed Property Manager to join our growing team. This is not a quick-fill position — we are looking for the right person who wants to build a long-term career with us, take ownership of a portfolio, and grow into a trusted leadership role within our company.
In addition to the base salary, this position offers the opportunity to earn additional income through sales opportunities with our sister company, Swanky Nests. For the right candidate, this role can provide both steady property management growth and the ability to participate in real estate sales as our companies continue to expand.
We are a locally established property management firm with plans for continued growth, including expansion into additional markets. This position offers the opportunity to be part of that growth from the ground level and grow into future leadership opportunities.
The ideal candidate is organized, professional, detail-oriented, and confident communicating with owners, tenants, vendors, and team members. This role requires strong judgment, excellent follow-through, and the ability to remain calm, tactful, and solution-focused in a fast-moving property management environment.
Position Overview
The Licensed Property Manager will help oversee the day-to-day management of residential rental properties, including owner communication, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, inspections, lease compliance, renewals, move-outs, and overall portfolio performance.
This person will play an important role in ensuring properties are well maintained, owners are informed, tenants are supported, and company policies and procedures are followed.
