Licensed Property Manager (NC & SC Real Estate License Required)

ALBRICK Property Management is seeking a highly organized and motivated Property Manager to help oversee and grow our residential property management portfolio.

This position combines property management, customer service, operations, and business development. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while working in a hybrid remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners and tenants
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor relationships
• Conduct property inspections, move-ins, and move-outs
• Assist with leasing activities and tenant placement
• Coordinate lease renewals and tenant retention efforts
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Handle tenant communications and issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
• Assist with growing the property management portfolio
• Deliver exceptional customer service to owners and residents

Qualifications

• Property management, real estate, leasing, operations, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable learning and utilizing new technology platforms
• Reliable transportation required
• North Carolina Real Estate License is required

Compensation

• Hourly pay ranging from $12-$40 per hour based on experience and qualifications
