Position Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) to join our clinical team. The LPA will work under the supervision of a licensed psychologist to provide psychological services, including conducting assessments, delivering individual and group therapy, and collaborating with colleagues on treatment planning. This role is ideal for a clinician who values teamwork, professional growth, and delivering compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments, including administration, scoring, and interpretation of standardized measures.
- Participate in case staffing and consultation with colleagues to support integrated care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate treatment and ensure quality client outcomes.
- Document clinical services in accordance with professional and legal standards, as well as company policies.
- Engage in regular supervision with a licensed psychologist and comply with all Kentucky Board of Examiners of Psychology regulations.
- Maintain ethical standards of practice, confidentiality, and professional conduct.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in psychology from a regionally accredited institution.
- Current Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) credential in good standing with the Kentucky Board of Examiners of Psychology.
- Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to collaborative teamwork and professional development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience conducting psychological or educational assessments.
- Prior clinical experience working with children, adolescents, or families.
