Do you have your 03-20 Public Adjuster licensure in the state of Florida? Good.
If you're looking for a firm to hang your hat, Florida State Public Adjusters, Inc. offers the best commission rates in the industry. Instead of offering paltry commission and hiding behind the term "competitive compensation," we're so confident in our rates that we advertise them directly on our website!
Base Commission Rate (self-driven clients): 85%
Performance-Based Increased Commission Rate (self-driven clients): 90%
We're the only public adjusting firm in the state of Florida that actively advertises performance-based bonuses! Upon reaching certain benchmarks in a given calendar year, we will increase your industry-leading commission rate from 85% to 90% for the remainder of that calendar year.
OTHER PERKS:
- No non-compete agreement. Wear as many hats in the public adjusting industry as you'd like. And we believe that no adjuster should have their career stunted by being trapped at their firm. If you ever want to leave FSPA, we like to work things out amicably.
- iink Payments. Getting clients to pay invoices can be frustrating, and dealing with mortgage companies on claim checks can be even worse. We use iink Payments to handle check endorsements at no cost to you! No more check swaps, no more chasing clients for payment, no more navigating the mortgage endorsement process for your clients, and complete transparency on the status of every check received from insurance carriers. (Note: this doesn't apply to NFIP flood claims.)
- CEU support. We have CEU partners that provide incredibly affordable courses to make maintaining your licensure as painless as possible.
- Bonding support. If you aren't satisfied with your bonding agent, we have partners that may offer discounted rates compared to your current surety bond's premium.
- Firm appointment coverage. Did you know that some firms make their public adjusters pay for their own appointment? It only costs $60 every two years per adjuster, but it blew us away to see some firms willing to cheap out on their team. We don't want our adjusters cutting corners on our clients, so we don't cut corners on you.
- Company material. Business cards, polos, work shirts, the works. Once again, some firms make you pay out-of-pocket for these materials. We do right by you and ensure you can hit the ground running with our firm ASAP.
- Marketing assistance. Do you know every legal nitpick regarding marketing, advertising, and soliciting for Florida's public adjusting industry? It's okay if you don't; most adjusters are more focused on doing good work. But if you ever plan on running your own marketing strategy, our management team is happy to use our industry experience to increase your conversion rates while maintaining legal compliance. We succeed when you succeed.
- Flexible work schedule. Whether you work 5 hours a month or 50 hours a week, whether you work from home or in the field, our firm is willing to work with public adjusters of all kinds. Work the hours you want, whenever you want, wherever you want, without oversight.
We do our best to handle the legal and administrative minutiae of the job so you can focus on the job at hand. And anything we can't do for you, we provide resources to make as easy for you as possible.
