Responsibilities
- Manage all administrative functions related to property listings, client communications, and transaction coordination to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans utilizing SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and multichannel marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and sellers.
- Create engaging digital content including property descriptions, blog posts, email campaigns, and social media posts using Adobe Creative Suite tools.
- Oversee advertising sales efforts by managing print advertising campaigns, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and other paid media initiatives to maximize visibility.
- Maintain and update the company website using WordPress and HTML to ensure accurate property information and optimized user experience.
- Analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance with Google Analytics and other analytics tools to refine marketing strategies.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and target audiences to inform marketing efforts and improve outreach effectiveness.
- Collaborate with product management teams on branding initiatives, budgeting for advertising campaigns, and implementing marketing automation tools for efficiency.
- Support B2B marketing efforts by building relationships with local businesses and industry partners to expand referral networks.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals to attract new clients or partners in the real estate market.
Qualifications
- Valid real estate license with proven experience in real estate administration or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms including SEO, social media marketing, Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and email marketing tools.
- Proficiency in Graphic design and ChatGPT(ie: Canva, Claude, etc), WordPress, HTML coding basics, and Google Analytics for data-driven decision making.
- Experience with performance marketing techniques such as marketing automation and multichannel campaigns across digital platforms.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling property descriptions and promotional content.
- Familiarity with print advertising processes and traditional marketing methods is a plus.
- Strong research skills to stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
