Duties

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance throughout the process.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about local real estate trends and property values.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws and Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance.
• Develop marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Manage property listings, including creating engaging descriptions and coordinating showings.
• Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including mortgage brokers, inspectors, and appraisers.
• Utilize multilingual skills to assist diverse clientele effectively.

Requirements

• Valid real estate license in the state of practice.
• Strong understanding of real estate law and Fair Housing regulations.
• Proven customer service experience with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for clients’ best interests.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving a diverse clientele.
• Experience in property management or real estate administration is a plus.
• Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
