Licensed Real Estate Agent

Westbound Realty is an independent, owner-operated brokerage serving Golden, Lakewood, Arvada, Evergreen, and the surrounding Front Range and foothills communities. We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented agent to grow with us — someone who can carry a listing from pricing through close and also serve buyers with the same care. This is a seat for an agent who wants real support and real autonomy: we bring the systems, the lead flow, and the valuation tools; you bring the hustle, the polish, and the follow-through.

What You'll Do

• Manage listings end to end — pricing strategy, pre-listing prep, marketing, showings, and negotiation through close.
• Represent buyers with the same diligence — showings, tours, contract preparation, and shepherding deals to the finish line.
• Show homes and meet clients on a schedule that flexes around their availability, including some evenings and weekends.
• Execute our listing and marketing workflows precisely — nothing slips, every detail is handled.
• Bring creative energy to property marketing; contribute ideas for social media and listing presentation.
• Work independently day to day while staying aligned with team direction and brand standards.

What We're Looking For

• An active Colorado real estate license (required). Minimum 2 years experience.
• Dependable transportation and a valid driver's license — you'll be on the road showing property.
• Genuine drive to succeed and the self-discipline to manage your own pipeline.
• Exceptional attention to detail — you cross every T and dot every I, and clients never have to wonder if something fell through the cracks.
• The flexibility to work around client schedules, including evenings and weekends as deals require.
• The ability to take direction and run with it without constant oversight.

Nice to Have

• Marketing or social media experience — content creation, listing promotion, or personal brand building.
• Familiarity with the Golden, Lakewood, Arvada, or Evergreen markets.
• Prior dual-side (listing and buyer) production.
