Duties
- Assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing residential and commercial properties with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analyses to attract potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contract terms to secure favorable deals for clients
- Develop and implement marketing strategies across various channels including social media, online listings, and community outreach
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, property values, and legal regulations affecting real estate transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions promptly and guiding them through the entire process
- Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, tracking leads, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records
- Stay informed about property management practices and real estate law to ensure compliance and best practices in all transactions
Qualifications
- Valid real estate license required; new licensees are encouraged to apply!
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent marketing skills with a creative approach to promoting listings
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse communities
