WHAT YOU'LL DO

Prospect for, follow up with, present to, and service buyers and sellers — driving strong conversion rates from lead to appointment, appointment to agreement, and agreement to accepted contract.

• Develop expert knowledge of mortgage financing, local neighborhoods, schools, and the full scope of homeownership issues.
• Provide high-level fiduciary needs analysis and coordinate a time-efficient home search and sale process.
• Consult with clients from initial contact through contract to close, coordinating with the Transaction Coordinator throughout.
• Negotiate effectively on behalf of all buyer and seller clients.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prospect for buyers and sellers and convert incoming leads.
• Set and hold buyer and seller consulting appointments.
• Analyze buyers' and sellers' needs and goals to deliver tailored service.
• Provide housing and community information research.
• Preview and show homes.
• Negotiate terms and contracts for buyers and sellers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Arizona Real Estate License
• Basic understanding of CRMs
• Strong interpersonal and social skills
• Background in residential and/or commercial real estate
• Lives and works in Pima County
