What you’ll do

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance and support throughout the entire transaction process.
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers.
  • Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase homes effectively.
  • Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Stay informed about local market trends, property values, and fair housing regulations to provide accurate advice.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to transactions, including paperwork and compliance with real estate laws.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring they are informed at every stage of the process.
  • Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client relationships efficiently.

Experience

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with real estate law and fair housing regulations is essential for success in this role.
  • Previous experience in property management or real estate administration is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing your ability to connect with a broader clientele.
