Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process
• Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contract terms to secure favorable deals for clients
• Conduct market research and develop marketing strategies to promote listings effectively
• Maintain organized records of transactions, client communications, and legal documentation in compliance with real estate law
• Communicate clearly and proactively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
• Stay informed about local market trends, zoning regulations, and legal requirements affecting real estate transactions
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally

Experience

• Valid real estate license in good standing for the relevant jurisdiction
• Proven experience in real estate sales or related administrative roles within the industry
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs
• Knowledge of real estate law, contracts, and legal procedures involved in property transactions
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to build trust and rapport with clients
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple transactions simultaneously
