Job Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated, licensed Oregon realtor to join one of Oregon’s top-producing real estate teams as a Transaction Coordinator / Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to break into the operations side of real estate—no prior experience required, we will train the right person.

This role is ideal for someone who learns quickly, stays highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You’ll play a key role in managing transactions from contract to close while supporting the team and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage transactions from contract to close
• Coordinate with clients, lenders, escrow, and agents to ensure deadlines are met
• Track timelines, key dates, and compliance requirements
• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate transaction files
• Communicate updates and proactively help resolve issues
• Maintain organized file systems and documentation
• Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Active Oregon real estate license required
• No prior transaction coordinating experience required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication (written and verbal)
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Positive, team-oriented attitude

Compensation & Growth:

• Expected earnings: $45,000 - $50,000+ annually, with high growth potential
