Licensed Rental Specialist

We are looking to add a Rental Specialist to our growing team in South Florida.

EARN 100% COMMISSION

This opportunity is ideal for real estate agent who wants hands-on experience, strong lead flow, and full training while building a career in real estate.

This role is focused primarily on handling all rental business , including tenant representation and rental listings. We provide rental leads, systems, training, and support.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound rental leads provided by the team
• Qualify tenants and match them with available properties
• Schedule and conduct showings and open doors
• Submit offers and assist with lease transactions
• Communicate with landlords, property managers, and other agents
• Follow up with prospects and update the CRM
• Convert rental clients into future buyer clients
• Option to work with buyer clients as opportunities come up

Requirements:

• Active Florida Real Estate License
• Great if Bi lingual
• Willing to work Broward and Palm Beach counties (Miami-Dade is a plus)
• Motivated, organized, and coachable
• Reliable transportation and flexible schedule

Pay: $40,358.59 - $115,689.91 per year
