Duties

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments to determine respiratory needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer respiratory therapies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments administered, patient responses, medication records, and vital signs in compliance with hospital policies.

Skills

• In-depth knowledge of respiratory therapy techniques, physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology.
• Proven experience in post-acute care environments.
• Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and respond swiftly to changing clinical conditions.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
