Licensed Roofer / Qualifying Party - Build Our Roofing Division

Job Description:** We are a fast-growing residential construction company in the Phoenix metro area looking for a licensed, experienced roofer to join our team as a full-time employee and become the foundation of a roofing division. This is not a gig. This is not subcontract work. This is a W-2 position with a clear, long-term path — and you'll be the person we build around. THE OPPORTUNITY: We already have the clients, the infrastructure, and the volume. What we need is the right roofing professional to step in, bring their expertise, and help us build a roofing division. You'll start as our primary roofer — handling inspections, repairs, and residential roofing projects. As we grow, we'll hire around you, build teams beneath you, and scale this into a full division with multiple crews. You won't just be doing the work. You'll be shaping how it's done — setting the standards, and eventually leading the operation you helped create.
