Licensed Sales or Customer Service Associate

Full-time Bilingual (English/Spanish) Insurance Customer Service (CSR)/Licensed Sales Producers (LSP) for a Brightway Insurance Agency in Pembroke Pines, Florida.

A 4-40 or 2-20 Property and Casualty Insurance License is preferable but if you do nothave_ it we will train and sponsor you to obtain the required license_.

Our Brightway Agency represents 100+ carriers writing Property, Auto and Commercial insurance policies in Florida. We have a great portfolio of products which enables us to offer our clients and prospects a vast array of insurance alternatives, with only highly rated and Florida admitted companies, at competitive rates.

We are excited to hire highly motivated individuals to become successful professional insurance Customer Service Account Managers and Sales Producers. Our Group is rapidly growing and we are looking to train the right individuals to fit right into our agency

Insurance Customer Service Representatives (CSR) are great at:

. Explaining complex information in simple terms. Insurance policies can get confusing fast, so CSRs learn how to break down coverage, deductibles, and claims in a way customers can actually understand.

. Handling frustrated or stressed customers. A lot of calls happen when something has gone wrong—accidents, damage, billing issues—so they develop patience and de-escalation skills.

. Detail-oriented. Small mistakes in policy info or claims can cause big problems, so they get used to being precise with data, documentation, and procedures.

. Strong communicators, both verbally and in writing. Whether it’s phone calls, emails, or chat support, clarity and tone matter a lot.

. Good at multitasking. CSRs often juggle systems, notes, and conversations at the same time while staying organized.

. Good at problem-solving. Customers don’t just want answers—they want solutions—so CSRs learn how to navigate systems and policies to resolve issues efficiently.

Insurance Licensed Sales Producers (LSP) are great at:

  • Identifying and qualifying sales leads generated from a variety of sources, including centers of influence, networking, referrals, mail-outs, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases
  • Setting appointments and meeting or talking on the phone with prospective customers
  • Presenting and explaining our products and services using a consultative approach, based on a true understanding of clients’ needs and goals

Job Responsibilities:

To be a successful LSP or CSR in our Agency you must be great at:

  • Calling, presenting, explaining and selling Insurance products
  • Providing excellent customer service and solutions to problems
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to perform client focused needs analysis meetings
  • Career minded vision
  • Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations
  • Multi-tasking skills
  • Setting goals with an action plan
  • Building relationships from a cold start
  • Developing Centers of Influence: Realtors, Title Companies, Mortgage Brokers, Auto Dealers)

Job Requirements:

Below are a few requirements of an Insurance LSP or CSR at our agency:

  • Must like to give excellent customer service or sales, preferably both to fully maximize compensation opportunities
  • Maintain an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude daily
  • Willingness to learn and be coachable
  • A great self-starter
  • Great interest in becoming proficient in the insurance products we represent
  • Basic computer skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and various windows application

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
