Licensed Service Plumber

<Job Summary>
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Licensed Service Plumber to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of plumbing services on residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing systems are installed, maintained, and repaired efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. <Duties>

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with blueprints, schematics, and building codes.
• Read and interpret construction blueprints and schematics to accurately execute plumbing layouts.
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding tools, and other construction equipment to complete tasks efficiently.
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems on construction sites or during maintenance visits to identify issues proactively.
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with construction teams, contractors, and project managers to ensure timely project completion.
• Execute remodeling or renovation projects involving plumbing systems with precision and attention to detail.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to HVAC systems or other building utilities when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections completed for compliance purposes.
• Operate a commercial vehicle for field service calls while adhering to all safety regulations.

• Extensive knowledge of construction plumbing techniques and installation practices.
• Proficiency in welding, pipe threading, and working with schematics or technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with familiarity in HVAC systems and general building maintenance.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and construction site machinery.
• Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret technical schematics effectively.
• Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety standards and protocols.
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations.
• Carpentry skills useful for remodeling or framing tasks related to plumbing projects.
• Valid license as a Service Plumber with current certification; additional certifications in HVAC or heavy equipment operation are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to field service challenges.

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
