What an Ordinary Day Might Look Like (Responsibilities):

• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with a team of skin care professionals, sharing knowledge, best practices, and creative ideas to foster a supportive, high-energy work culture that promotes individual growth and collective triumphs.
• Customer Care: Drive a customer-centric culture by obsessing over customer satisfaction and delivering unparalleled experiences that foster loyalty and advocacy.
• Product Knowledge, Client Education, and Sales: Become an expert on our skincare offerings, understanding the science behind each formulation and the unique benefits they offer. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our offerings to enhance the client experience. Educate clients on the features, ingredients, usage instructions, and how they can be incorporated into their daily routines to achieve optimal results, driving product sales and repeat business.
• Customized Skin Care:Conduct thorough skin analyses and personalized consultations with clients to understand their unique needs and goals. Design personalized treatment plans and regimens using our skin care products and protocols. Utilizing our effective protocols, perform a range of skincare procedures, including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, LED therapy, and more, while ensuring the utmost comfort and satisfaction of our clients. Document treatment progress and maintain accurate client records fostering trust and long-term relationships.
• Hygiene and Safety:Adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols to maintain a clean and sanitized environment, always ensuring the well-being of clients.
• Community Involvement and Brand Ambassadorship: Embrace our company values and enthusiastically represent Fizz Facial Bar. Share your passion for our mission with clients, peers, and the community, generating excitement and fostering a positive brand image. Organize and participate in engaging events and promotions that raise awareness to, and build a community around, the brand.

Are You who we’re looking for (Qualifications and Requirements):

• Valid state-issued Esthetic or Cosmetology license
• Can work on your feet and perform up to 12 express facials per day
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly, approachable, and empathetic demeanor creating a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere for clients. Ability to build rapport with clients quickly and collaborate effectively with team members
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage appointments and provide punctual service
• Creativity and an eye for detail to develop unique, personalized treatment plans
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, multitasking and prioritizing effectively and with ease
• Ability to consistently commute to Frisco TX, 75034 for work
