Licensed Social Worker

​We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) for a hybrid role based in Providence, RI, offering a mix of in-person and telehealth services. This position begins as a 1099 (contract) role with performance-based bonuses, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time W-2 role with a comprehensive benefits package. QualificationsMaster’s degree in Social Work (MSW)Active LCSW-C licensure (RI)Strong clinical skills in mental and behavioral healthExperience in therapy, case management, and advocacyExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a hybrid environmentPreferred:Experience working with children and familiesBackground in ADHD, Autism, or developmental disorders is a bonus
