Online Therapy of Texas is a growing group practice that offers exclusively virtual Therapy. We are interested in hiring a passionate, knowledgable, and ethical therapist to join our team. We strive to provide compassionate, accessible, and effective mental heath care to the clients we serve.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions focusing on various patient needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as clinical counseling and applied behavior analysis.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and any changes in condition.
• Provide Telehealth services, and have acsess to a reliable webcam and internet.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support for clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health counseling.

Required Skills:

• Licensed Mental Health Professional (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, or equivalent) with active, unrestricted state licensure.
• Clinical Experience in a variety of therapeutic modalities (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, etc.).
• Telehealth Proficiency: Comfort and experience with video/phone-based counseling platforms.
• Cultural Competence: Ability to work with diverse populations and adapt therapy to meet the needs of clients from varying backgrounds.
• Strong Communication Skills: Clear, empathetic, and professional communication both in writing and verbally.
• Time Management & Organizational Skills: Ability to manage a caseload efficiently, adhering to session times and administrative responsibilities.
• Ethical & Confidential Practice: Adherence to confidentiality and ethical guidelines set forth by licensing boards and professional organizations.
