Licensed Therapist

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Behavioral Health Clinicians to provide mental health and substance use services to justice-involved individuals. This role includes individual, family, and group therapy, as well as assessments, treatment planning, and care coordination. Clinicians play a key role in supporting clients through recovery, stability, and successful reentry into the community.

Behavioral Health Clinician (FT or PT) – Justice-Involved Population
LMSW, LADC-MH, LPC, LMFT, LCSW
Oklahoma (Telehealth and Office Based)

What You’ll Do
Provide individual, family, and group therapy
Complete biopsychosocial assessments and treatment plans
Work with clients with mental health and substance use disorders
Coordinate care with case managers, probation/parole, and partner agencies
Maintain timely documentation and monthly reporting

Caseload Expectations
Part Time: minimum of 15 active patients
Full Time: based on availability and program needs
Flexible scheduling, including optional weekend hours

Requirements
Active Oklahoma license or under supervision (LMSW, LADC-MH, LPC, LMFT, LMFT or LCSW)
Experience with mental health and/or substance use treatment
Ability to complete documentation within 24–48 hours of service delivery
Must pass background check
Maintain active licensure and professional liability insurance

Pay: $41,000.00 - $93,000.00 per year
