Vicinity Therapy is a growing behavioral health practice in West Deptford, New Jersey focused on delivering high-quality, in-person psychotherapy to adults, children, families, and couples. We keep administrative overhead off your plate so you can stay focused on clinical work. Our model is straightforward: you bring the clinical skill, we handle the rest.

The Role

We're looking for a licensed therapist who wants to do good clinical work in a well-supported, professionally run environment. This is a flexible position structured around a caseload that works for your schedule.

What We're Looking For

• Active New Jersey licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent
• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field
• Experience providing individual, family, or couples therapy
• Comfort working across adult, child, and family presentations is a strong plus
• Solid documentation practices and commitment to ethical, confidential care

Day-to-Day Expectations

• Carry between 10 and 25 clients per week depending on your preference
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
• Provide in-person psychotherapy across presenting concerns including anxiety, depression, relational difficulties, and related issues
• Keep timely, accurate records in compliance with legal and ethical standards
• Engage in ongoing professional development

The practice is collaborative without being bureaucratic, and the structure gives you room to actually practice the way you were trained to.
