Licensed Therapist (LCSW or LMHC) – Outpatient Practice

About Us

Henrietta Psychiatric NP Care is a well-established outpatient mental health practice serving approximately 1000 active patients. We maintain a strong referral base and are known for being responsive, organized, and clinically focused.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to provide outpatient psychotherapy and possibly some groups.

This role is best suited for a clinician who is:

• dependable
• organized
• comfortable managing a consistent caseload
• able to work independently within a structured practice

A steady patient volume is available, and the position allows for rapid caseload development. This is an hourly position where you will be paid for all hours worked including admin time.

Schedule

Schedule is flexible. Evening and weekend availability would be preferred but not required.

Consistent weekly availability is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual outpatient psychotherapy
• Maintain timely, complete documentation (within 72 hours)
• Manage schedule responsibly, including minimizing cancellations and maintaining continuity of care
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers as needed
• Maintain a professional, calm, and non-reactive approach in a busy clinical environment

Requirements

• Active NYS license as LCSW or LMHC (required)
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to practice independently
• Reliable attendance and consistent schedule adherence
• Ability to maintain a full caseload and follow through with patient care
• Professional communication and ability to work within established practice standards

Pay: $36.00 per hour
