Licensed Therapist - Mental Health

Resilience Therapy Center, LLC is a growing mental health group practice serving clients across Maryland. We specialize in treating anxiety, trauma/PTSD, and life transitions, and are committed to providing accessible, high-quality mental health care in a supportive and inclusive environment.

We are seeking licensed clinicians who are passionate about helping clients build resilience and create meaningful change—while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.

Responsibilities

  • Provide psychotherapy to Maryland-based clients
  • Maintain clinical documentation in a timely manner
  • Adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice
  • Maintain a minimum caseload of 10–15 clients per week

Requirements

  • Active Maryland license in ONE of the following: LCPC, LGPC, LCSW-C, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LGMFT, Psychologist, or Psychology Associate
  • Current malpractice insurance ($1M/$3M coverage required)
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work
  • Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace
  • Ability to maintain a caseload of 10–15+ clients per week

Case Load

We are seeking a clinician that is able to see a target of 20 - 25 clients per week. At least 10 of them have to be in-person, the rest can be Telehealth.

Work Location

This is a Hybrid position that will allow clinicians to set their schedules, but requires seeing some clients in-person. Our physical office locations in Maryland are in Catonsville, Elkridge, and Columbia.

Employment

The clinician will be a 1099 contractor. As a clinician with our practice, you will focus exclusively on providing clinical care. RTC will handle all billing, scheduling, insurance credentialing, and client referrals so you can do what you do best—support your clients.

Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
