Wright Wellness is a private practice providing compassionate and accessible mental health services to children, adolescents and adults in Arlington, TX. We are multi-disciplinary and focus on a variety of clinical needs with various services available. Our team includes psychologists, licensed professional counselors and associates, a psychiatric nurse practitioner, a licensed massage therapist, a registered therapy dog and support staff including an office manager, billing manager and office assistant. We are looking to add an LPC, LMFT or LPC Associate to our team to provide direct counseling services. An interest in working with children, couples, families and/or Spanish speaking is a plus.
The ideal candidate is willing to provide some in person sessions and offer some evening availability to meet current needs. Telehealth services also an option to create a hybrid schedule. This position is an ideal fit for an independent clinician looking to join an established practice for a more flexible and empowered schedule with the balance of a collaborative and supportive team.
Each provider builds their caseload upon hire and determines their individual rates. Insurance credentialing typically takes a minimum of 3 months, so a candidate already credentialed with some insurance companies can be a plus. Competitive reimbursement with a fee for service percentage pay structure. We focus on a healthy environment and quality services, and have a strong supportive work culture. This position is hired as W2, with medical, dental and vision benefits available once eligibility is met.
