Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Home Health Field Nurse
Coverage Area: Santa Monica, Malibu, Marina del Rey, Culver City, Pacific Palisades, Beverly Hills**

We are hiring an experienced LVN for a Home Health field position covering Santa Monica, Malibu, Marina del Rey, Culver City, Pacific Palisades, and Beverly Hills. We are a extremely experienced home health care agency who provide 24/7 support to both families and staff. We receive an abundance of referrals ranging from post-op, wound care, etc. We pride ourselves on the service we provide.

Home Health experience is mandatory and will be verified.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (No Exceptions):

• Active California LVN license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year recent Home Health experience
• Strong wound care experience (complex wounds, dressing changes, infection monitoring)
• Experience caring for post-surgical patients
• Current BLS certification
• All vaccinations up to date
• Current TB test and physical
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• All credentials and compliance documents current and available

Clinical Skills Required:

• Skilled wound assessments and treatment
• Post-operative monitoring and complication recognition
• Medication administration and reconciliation
• Patient education and disease management
• Accurate, timely documentation within 3-5 days required

• Professional communication with physicians, RNs, and families
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable

Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour
