Dallas Nephrology Associates (DNA) is a large independent single specialty practice with numerous offices located throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Dallas Nephrology Associates has an immediate opening for a dedicated, service-oriented LVN to provide clinical back-office support at Denton North Office Practice. Responsibilities include charting, obtaining accurate vital signs, and administering injections and medications as ordered by the physician. Qualified candidates will have 1–2 years of clinical experience in a physician’s office or hospital setting; injection experience is required, and infusion or vascular access experience is strongly preferred. Dialysis experience is a plus. Strong customer service skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work well with patients are essential. Bilingual (Spanish) skills are highly recommended. Applicants must hold an active, unencumbered LVN license issued by the Texas Board of Nursing, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license.

Requirements:

• High School diploma REQUIRED
• Current & active LVN license REQUIRED
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• 1-2 yrs clinical experience in a physician's office or hospital setting
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Good venipuncture and injection experience preferred.
• Dialysis experience desired.

Starting salary is determined by years of experience in a similar role, experience with nephrology, and bilingual (English/Spanish) status. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates will earn up to $1 more per hour.

Candidates with less than 5 years of experience will earn between ~$27 - $28/hour upon hire.

Candidates with experience between 5-10 years will earn ~$28 - 30/hour upon hire.

Candidates with 10+ years experience will earn ~$30+/hour upon hire.
