About This Role
Covered Insurance Solutions, LLC seeks a skilled and innovative Licensing and Reconciliation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience with the Property and Casualty insurance licensing process as well as familiarity with the appointment and termination process with carriers. They should also have a strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organization in a fast paced role.

About You And Your Experience
  • A resident Property and Casualty insurance license is preferred.
  • Experience licensing other agents and dealing with various DOIs.
  • Experience with various carrier portals is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

Role Accountabilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Ensuring proper licensure is obtained and maintained for all agents and the company.
  • Assisting with continuing education and complex licensing issues.
  • Troubleshooting and assisting with all login issues.
  • Creating and maintaining appointments for all agents.
  • Offboarding terminated employees from a licensing and carrier perspective.
  • Assisting with Commission Statement organization on a monthly basis.
  • Assisting the finance team with Commission Reconciliation.
  • Other duties as assigned.
