This position is responsible for monitoring and addressing legal matters related to violations, fraud, and non-compliance with policies, terms, and conditions. The role involves continuous client follow-up and communication to ensure compliance and facilitate the proper execution of procedures according to established standards.

The position includes preparing accurate periodic reports on cases and follow-ups, and submitting necessary recommendations to management. The scope of work extends across multiple regions, requiring mobility and flexibility.

Additionally, the Compliance Manager is tasked with leading the team, guiding members to achieve objectives and requirements, and ensuring continuous follow-up on all assigned tasks.
