  • Assist with collegiate and professional licensing, including securing rights, managing daily inquiries, and executing marketing programs.
  • Support annual contract renewals with schools and leagues; maintain key dates, deliverables, and obligations.
  • Maintain regular communication with schools and agencies; monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and creative teams to plan and execute school-driven initiatives and promotions.
  • Lead or participate in quarterly calls with Strategic Partnership Schools and other key accounts; prepare recap reports.
  • Assist sales with major retail program rights coordination with schools and agencies.
  • Help manage collegiate and professional hot market licensing opportunities.
  • Launch special programs and marketing initiatives; work with marketing to track, measure, and report KPIs.
  • Process internal campus orders for Strategic Partnership Schools.
  • Share brand and product updates with internal teams to ensure alignment.
  • Assist with annual company and school reporting requirements.
  • Support company-hosted conferences, sponsored events, and trade shows; represent Logo Brands as needed.
  • Participate in ICLA webinars and meetings to stay current on licensing best practices.
  • Attend weekly team meetings, monthly all-staff meetings, and company events.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrated alignment with Logo Brands’ Core Values.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows, school visits, and events.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience in collegiate or professional sports licensing, brand partnerships, or retail programs.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
