Job Title: Licensing Specialist

Job Type: Contract / 90 days with potential to renew

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 years of demonstrated experience working independently / self-motivated
  • Efficient computer competence with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel. Must be comfortable learning new platforms.
  • 3+ years of customer service excellence
  • High attention to detail
  • Able to communicate with people via written correspondence or phone
  • Advanced time management skills
  • Must have experience working with sensitive personal information
  • Organizational skills with electronic and paper files
  • Capable of multitasking and prioritizing work with minimal guidance (once trained)
  • Ability to collaborate and conduct independent research to understand licensing requirements effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Priority will be given to anyone with licensing experience
  • Remote work experience and setup
  • Experience in the medical administrative field
  • Current Notary Public

Description:

As a licensing specialist, you would offer health care providers of many professions a white glove service. Your main role would be to obtain, renew, and track different license types. ADR strives to take the burden of managing multiple licenses off the provider’s plate and you would be the main point of contact for all their licensing needs.

The right candidate would be someone with excellent problem-solving skills, who is a self-starter and ready to jump in with a positive attitude. Someone able to work carefully, efficiently, and with a strong attention to detail is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain and manage providers licenses and credentials, including but not limited to: state licenses across the United States, DEAs, CSRs, Board Certifications, continued education requirements
  • Assist in the submission and tracking of criminal background checks
  • Track applications from start to finish, ensuring all required items are fulfilled
  • Communicate effectively with providers regarding progress and needs
  • Maintain a quick response time to any questions or concerns from your providers
  • Coordinate between third parties such as medical/nursing boards, education departments, governing bodies, and providers to meet requirements in a timely manner.
  • House and organize provider data and documents.
  • Resolve any issues that may arise in the licensing process
  • Update any data changes in real time
  • Handle highly confidential information in a secure and private environment
  • Provide consistent and timely updates to each assigned provider
  • Other responsibilities will be discussed with progression

Job Types: Contract, Temporary, Seasonal

Pay: Up to $1,100.00 per week
