Duties
- Administer and coordinate comprehensive employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, life insurance, and wellness initiatives.
- Manage benefits data collection to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support benefits onboarding processes by conducting employee orientation sessions and explaining plan options clearly.
- Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws such as FMLA, HIPAA, workers' compensation regulations, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Handle inquiries related to benefits administration via multiple communication channels, providing timely and accurate information to employees.
- Collaborate with internal teams on employee evaluation processes, employee relations issues, and training & development initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
Experience
- Strong knowledge of benefits programs including health plans, life insurance policies, Medicare regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain benefits concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Data analysis skills for managing large datasets related to benefits enrollment and regulatory reporting.
- Ability to negotiate contracts with benefit providers and support employee training & development programs effectively. Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
