Job Summary:
Randy Reichardt Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Agent to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping others, driven by success, and interested in building a long-term career in the insurance industry. While a Life & Health Insurance License is not required at the time of application, it must be obtained shortly after hire — we’ll support you through the licensing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options
• Sell life and health insurance products to individuals and businesses
• Develop leads and build strong client relationships
• Customize insurance programs to meet individual client needs
• Clearly explain policy features, benefits, exclusions, and costs
• Support clients during the claims process, ensuring a smooth and responsive experience
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy information

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or telemarketing is a plus
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality standards (or willingness to learn)
• Must be willing and able to obtain an Arkansas Life & Health Insurance License upon hire
